“Plan B?” Is that a joke? What was Plan A, “have unprotected sex?” And what is this about removing all age restrictions? What happened to parents in the last decade? Do they really not want to know what their children are doing? Twice in California propositions (no pun intended) have been defeated that would notify parents if their minor daughter wanted to have an abortion. Not only that, but now they (child predators, abusive family members, etc.) can circumvent Planned Parenthood completely and order a lifetime prescription of the “morning after” pill.
